An Ultrasound

Sweet Baby,

This morning we went to the doctor's office for a "quick" ultrasound so that the pregnancy could be dated.  You measured 1.14 cm and had a very quick heartbeat (160 bpm).  Of course, we couldn't see much, other than the quick flicker of your teeny-tiny heart-- but there you were.   We have a new due date of 11/27-- which also happens to be your Grammies birthday!  I am really hoping that you don't wait that long to get here!  If you feel ready, a week before T-day sounds good to me!

The only constant for me in knowing that you are growing well is how tired I'm still feeling.  Peach is sensing the changes. Not only because mommy is a little more tired and cranky but my physical appearance is slightly different too.  Stink is really very excited and asks about the ways in which he can help once you arrive.  Just this afternoon he was asking if he could hold you, help feed you a bottle, and help feed you Yo-Baby once you are old enough!  Super cute.  I wasn't planning on bottle feeding you since it didn't go well with Stink or Peach, but he really wants to be able to do this for you, so we may give it a- go.  I'm sure your grandparents will also love the opportunity to feed you!

Your picture is on my dresser and we are trying so hard to think of what to name you-- we have a few contenders, but no favorites yet!
